My very first out of the country alone. It’s really a mixed feeling because at first I don’t know what is in store for me, but like a wanderlust that I am. I will just go with the flow.
I visited Kuala Lumpur for just a short period of time.
I wish I had enough time to go down the Hop off Hop On Bus tour to really explore Kuala Lumpur.
I arrived at 1:00am in the morning in KLIA. There are no trains going to the city so I decided to book a capsule hotel in KLIA. Its called “The Capsule”
It’s a cozy place to stay, It has everything you need. Towel is clean and the bathroom is neat.
I had a wake up call at 6am and then went to the KLIA Ekspres to wait for the Train going to the City. This is the waiting area platform. It’s modern and minimalist. I like it.
KLIA is the fastest express going to the city. It will take you just 28 minutes. KL Sentral is the Heart of the train hub, All the transportation from Land, Sea and Air will start here. KL Sentral has everything you need, It is connected to Hotels, Restaurants and some Tourist spots plus an ultra high speed WIFI.
Stayed at Regalia Residences at Chow Kit through AirBnB
The Magnificent View of the City
First Stop is the National Museum of Kuala Lumpur. I’ve been to many museums before so this is just a decent museum, I guess I was just expecting a beautiful architecture like the ones in Korea and in Manila. I didn’t get to take photo of the place because it’s dark for a decent photograph but it was a good over-all experience. You learn a lot of things about the Malay Civilisation and also the Present Malaysia.
The Mansion of the Datu of Malaysia. Royal Family lives here.
The National Mosque of Malaysia
The City Gallery – Showcasing the Modern Malaysia and the Birth of Beautiful Architecture
Explored the City
The Textile Museum of Malaysia, Beautiful Architecture. I was really blown away.
Oh Hello there Petronas, My God this building is magnificent.
